Thursday morning means golf... but my shifting of boxes into the loft had tweaked a muscle in my side and we had pouring rain on the way. So I tried to play alongside Jenny, but couldn't hit the ball properly and when the rain did arrive in the middle of the second hole I was relieved to stop! The rain came and continued most of the day - just clearing in the evening for a pretty sunset. |
The sun low in the s y does give some amazing light. To the left is the view from my bedroom window looking North-ish. The new houses are almost finished and look better for the scaffolding having gone! Saturday 6th I was supposed to be golfing but couldn't because of my back. The weather was foggy and misty(and on Sunday too) but it is worth going out despite the fog on the hill because on the coast it was beautiful! |
Now I may have told you this before but a favourite sculptor of mine is Andy Goldsworthy. He creates amazing designs in wood and stone - so when I was on the beach I played with the stones and made a tiny arch! I was very pleased with it!
